Now as you've seen from our different eating experiences, we often dine out at restaurants that are not chains, but after hearing about how good Bahama Breeze was we couldn't resist any longer....

We first went for lunch and ordered the onion rings as an appetizer (which was large enough to feed a small town in South Jersey). And as we are entirely too much alike, we both ordered the same gigantic salad with chicken kababs for our entree.

I have to admit the food was not only good, but it seemed "uncanned". Unlike many chain places where you know they get the food in bulk and no matter what state you're in it'll taste the same, Bahama Breeze could have different menus in different areas and the head chef orders the fresh ingredients that they can get in the region. Very interesting...

We are now addicted to the onion rings which come with two dipping sauces are are lightly covered with coconut on the breading. Yummmm........

So if you have time I would include this chain in your own rotation of restaurants, it's worth it. Plus, if you like drinks of any sort they have a drink menu that goes on and on and on...
